Enrolment application

Just download the Waiting list below, complete and return it via email to admin@uelc.org.nz or drop it into the office. Please note that this does not guarantee a place in our Centre, and we will keep in contact with you about availability. Once you have been offered a position at UELC, please complete and return the Enrollment Form below along with your child's birth certificate or passport, and a copy of your child's immunisation record.
