Enrolment application
Please download the Waiting List Form below, complete and return it via email to admin@uelc.org.nz or drop it into the office. Please note that this does not guarantee a place in our Centre, and we will keep in contact with you about availability.
Once you have been offered a position at UELC, you will need to complete and return the Enrolment Form below and return in person along with your child's birth certificate or passport, and a copy of your child's immunisation record.
